IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CARFULLY

Following finalization of your WEDDING ALBUM design it may require up to one year to:

  • find a printer,
  • obtain a quote that allows us to offer this great service,
  • send the albums for printing,
  • and deliver them to our clients


This timeline is essential for cost savings and facilitates our ability to offer these complimentary albums, a unique offering exclusive to our services. This timeline is communicated during appointments, in our emails, and is reiterated here for your convenience.


Rest assured, if you have completed your design appoiment with us, your album is on its way.

  1. Scope of Contract: Our contract includes photography and/or videography services for your wedding day, terminating upon the event's conclusion. As a gesture of our appreciation, we occasionally provide free enhancements such as additional photo edits, video production, or even a special wedding album. Additionally, complimentary wedding albums and/or parent albums are occasionally offered as an incentive for clients to contract our services. It is crucial to understand that items provided as gifts in this context, while en route for delivery, are not subject to demands for expedited timelines or harassing inquiries regarding their status. These items necessitate an extended period (1 year) for completion and require the recipient's patience and appreciation. If immediate receipt is desired, your free album may be utilized as a discount toward a paid service, inclusive of expedited timelines.
  2. Delivery of Digital Media: We undertake the editing and delivery of your digital photographs and/or video recordings promptly and without additional charge, as a gesture of gratitude for selecting our services.
  3. Nature of Complimentary Album: The complimentary album represents a special offering governed by our internal policies. To ensure sustainability, we schedule the design and printing of these albums based on cost-effective opportunities. This practice allows us to maintain low costs while extending this special offer to our clients.
  4. Timing of Album Delivery: Most clients appreciate this service and are accommodating of the additional time required. If immediate delivery is preferred, your free album can be utilized as a discount toward a paid service, which will include expedited timelines.

FREE ALBUM Design Instructions:

Creating Your List:

  • Navigate to the main gallery page and click the heart icon in the top right corner.
  • Create a "New List."
  • Name it "Our Album," "Groom Parent Album," or, most importantly, "COVER PHOTO" (for the acrylic cover of your album), etc.
  • Return to the main gallery.

Adding Photos:

  • Select 50 photos for your album.
  • Select 30 photos for any parent album.
  • Choose 1 photo for your cover.

Sending Your List:

  • Once you have made your selections, click into your list.
  • In the top right corner, click the paper airplane icon to send it to your photographer.

Schedule Your Free Album Design Date:

  • Please click this link to schedule your complimentary album design consultation.
  • On the scheduled date, I will send you a proof of your album. You may make a few changes if necessary and select your preferred album material.


Approve the Design:


Upon Completion:

Kindly approve the design once you are satisfied.

  • In a separate email, notify us of your approval and your material choice.
  • Include your First & Last Name, mailing address where you can sign for packages, and a current cell phone number for shipping purposes.

Important Notes:

  • Albums may take up to a YEAR to be delivered from the date of approval.
  • We offer Premium Services above that ship faster!
  • Your album may not be shipped immediately; we may consolidate shipments to reduce costs.
  • You will be notified when your album ships.
  • If you have not received your notification yet, rest assured it is on its way.

1. What services are included in the wedding photography/videography package?

Our contract includes photography and/or videography services for your wedding day, terminating upon the event's conclusion.

2. How and when will we receive our digital photos and/or videos?

Photos: Edited and delivered within 8 weeks post-event.
Videos: Delivered within 8-11 months post-event, never later than one year.

3. What is the complimentary wedding album, and how does it work?

The complimentary album is a free gift, subject to our internal policies. It is designed and printed based on cost-effective opportunities. (Approximately 1 year turnaround for design completion)

4. I have been waiting 2 years to receive my album. Why is it taking so long?

Album creation requires your photo selection and design approval. Please check the date when you finalized and approved your album and calculate from there.

5. My album is "included" in the package, right?

The album is a gratuitous gift, not an integral component of the contracted services.

6. My friend received her album sooner than I did, even though her wedding was after mine. Why is that?

Your friend may have paid for their album or expedited delivery. Consider the terms, fees paid and services provided when comparing experiences.

As far as we know we are THE ONLY Long Island based Wedding Photography company that offers a FREE album.

7. Why do you have specific policies for the complimentary album?

To maintain financial viability and continue offering free services, adherence to specific policies is necessary.
